Would you go to an IRS audit without your accountant to represent you?  If you were called to appear in court, would you want the judge to appoint the rival attorney to represent you?
I think not.
You need someone like me to represent your interests, since the other party’s broker will not.
Don’t kid yourself.  You need an independent broker to fight for you and get you the best deal possible.  That’s what I do.
